Scott, Nancy Hutson now full-time with Life of Hope Ministries

Joplin, MO—February 10, 2014 — It’s been a little more than a year that Scott & Nancy Hutson, retired
owners of Cycle Connection Harley-Davidson sold their 43-year old business to move on to the next chapter in this journey of life. After the sale of Cycle Connection, the Hutsons teamed up with a local ministry, Life of Hope Ministries, and traveled as part of teams to Guatemala in May and September of 2013. Mr. Hutson states, “While serving in Guatemala the children and families won our hearts and brought a new and different focus to our lives.” “The Harley-Davidson business was a passion in our lives but little did we realize that God had something in store for us with the incredible work being done in Guatemala that would bring about such a new passion,” Mr. Hutson continues.

As of February 1, 2014, Scott & Nancy Hutson are full-time staff servants with Life of Hope Ministries.

Scott will be serving as Director of Administration and Nancy the Director of Advancement. Life of Hope Ministries, a local ministry, works tirelessly all year long to support efforts in Guatemala City, with a special focus on the ghettos and the individuals who also live in the largest landfill in Central America.

The Hutsons just returned from Guatemala from their first trip of 2014 and have their first endeavor planned.

They are the Owners of the Route 66 Movie Theater in Webb City and will be hosting a special Red Carpet Event premiere of “Reparando” on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to bring awareness to the tremen-dous efforts of Life of Hope Ministries. Mrs. Hutson states, “This premiere will help raise funds along with awareness for Life of Hope Ministries.” “Scott & I have experienced first-hand the work they are doing in Guatemala and are passionate about sharing this incredible work with our community,” continues Mrs. Hut-

son.
