8/26/2020 Walter J Thomas 51 of Alba, MO was arrested for Tampering. 

8/28/2020 Bethany R Welch 33 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. 

8/29/2020 Terrence T Aunu 49 of LaRussell, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Fail to Maintain Lane. 

8/29/2020 Byron L Abbs 30 of Hockley, TX was arrested for Possession of Firearm Unlawful for Certain Person. 

8/30/2020 Dennis R Garcia 52 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and No Valid Driver's License. 

8/30/2020 Kevin Orozco 21 of Pittsburg, KS was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated - Drug and Fail to Maintain Lane. 

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
