The Highway Patrol arrested two Joplin residents on felony drug charges 1:10 p.m. today in Saline County.
According to the Patrol report, Edward A. Evans, 54, and Nora Nance, 39, were arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
