A Noel teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 4:10 p.m. Saturday on Hilltop Road, five miles west of Noel.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Ford Taurus driven by Carlson Konou, 21, Noel, went off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
A passenger, a 17-year-old boy, was treated for moderate injuries at Grove Memorial Hospital, Grove, Oklahoma.
