Matthew Kates was last seen in the area of Gateway Drive and Spurgeon Road, south of Joplin. It is unknown what he is wearing. He does wear glasses and possibly had a backpack with him. Was last seen at 10:15PM on 11/18/2024. Possibly in the City of Joplin, MO area.
