Spencer R. Henry, 25, Springfield, driving while intoxicated, speeding, failed to register motor vehicle no headlights, no taillights

Tristen L. Brattin, 22, Exeter, driving while intoxicated, speeding, failed to drive on right half of roadway, no seat belt, driving to left side of roadway within 100 feet of an intersection
