Connect2Culture announces December performances

Connect2Culture’s (C2C) December performances feature a holiday variety show, a joyful celebration of Irish holiday traditions, and a festive musical adventure with Santa.

“The holidays are more magical with Connect2Culture!” says Emily Frankoski, Executive Director of C2C. “Each of our holiday shows offer something unique and memorable, inviting everyone to come together and celebrate the season.” 








All performances in the 2025-2026 season will be held at C2C’s home theater—the 419-seat Beshore Performance Hall—or its outdoor amphitheater—the 1000-person Leggett & Platt Green—at the Cornell Complex (212 W 7th St).

Who Brought the Humbug? with Rhythm Street Movement

Who Brought the Humbug? turns the stage into a funky, high-energy holiday party filled with joyful singers, electrifying tap dancers, and horn-band musicians. From Santa rapping to Frosty’s tap groove, this original production is brimming with festive surprises, audience participation, and feel-good fun for all ages. Founded by Minneapolis artist Ricci Milan, Rhythm Street Movement is known for creating theatrical experiences that blend music, rhythm, storytelling, and humor.

Tomáseen Foley’s A Celtic Christmas brings Ireland’s holiday traditions to life with masterful storytelling, spirited music, and breathtaking dance. For nearly 30 years, this acclaimed production has transported audiences across the United States to the “Rambling House,” a cozy Irish cottage where neighbors gather on Christmas Eve for an evening of laughter, song, and community. Anchored by Foley’s captivating tales from his childhood in Teampall and Ghleanntáin, the evening overflows with lively step dancing, hauntingly beautiful carols, and Celtic artistry. This heartwarming holiday event invites audiences to step into the cottage and become neighbors for the night.

Step into the magic of An Evening in Kringle City, where Santa Claus and his Chief Elf Assistant Holly invite you on a journey filled with music, storytelling, and holiday cheer. This participatory production recreates Santa’s North Pole home, offering laughter, heartfelt moments, and an unforgettable Christmas tale. At the heart of the show is David Michael Smith, a veteran performer whose warm portrayal of Santa has captivated audiences for over 15 years. Combining music, humor, and masterful storytelling, this enchanting evening will fill you with the true spirit of the season.
