On 12/29/2020 Detectives from the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office made contact with Ernest Gene McFalls, a 67 year old Webb City man, in reference to a call for assistance from the Redmond Police Department, Oregon.
Mr. McFalls was contacted about an active warrant from a case Redmond PD had been working since
2014.
Mr. McFalls was arrested by JCSO Detectives for the active warrants from Oregon.
• 3 counts of Sex Abuse 1st
• 2 counts of Sodomy 1st
• Rape
• Possession of materials depicting sexually explicit conduct of a child
During the on-scene interview of Mr. McFalls, items were collected that have been submitted to the
Missouri Internet Crimes Against Children investigators for processing and follow-up with possible
additional charges being submitted at a later date.
Mr. McFalls is currently being held at the Jasper County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash Jasper
County warrant for Fugitive from Out of State.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction
whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
