Reception held to honor retiring Joplin police officer

Today we celebrated the retirement of Captain Bob Higginbotham. 

Bob served the City of Joplin for 16 years as a police officer. He held positions as a patrol officer, traffic/dwi officer, Corporal, Sergeant, and upon retirement held the rank of Captain. 

Please join us in thanking him for his service to the community and wishing him luck on his future.
