Search warrant execution at Lamar home nets three arrests, meth confiscation

Deputies with the Barton County Sheriff’s Office have been conducting an investigation over the last few months into the residence of 900 Lexington Street. Lamar, Mo. 

The investigation was focused on illegal narcotic distribution. The Sheriff’s Office had received information that Allen Foulk who resides at the residence had been selling illegal narcotics. 










Information was received from the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office that helped Deputies obtain a search warrant for the residence.
 
On December 21, 2021, at approximately 2030hrs, Deputies and Officers with the Barton County Sheriff’s Office, Jasper Police Department, Vernon County Sheriff’s Office and Ozark Drug Enforcement Team served a search warrant at the address listed above for the distribution and possession of dangerous illegal narcotics. 

Upon a search of the residence Deputies and Officer’s located numerous items consistent with the sales of illegal narcotics. Also located were narcotics and narcotic equipment. Items were seized from the residence along with drugs that are believed to be methamphetamine. 









Three individuals were arrested from the residence and placed on a 24-hour hold for investigation pending formal charges.
 
The following individuals have been formally charged by the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney, Michael Smalley and warrants issued by the Barton County Courts:

Allen L. Foulk (43) Lamar, has been charged with:
1. Deliver of controlled Substance F/C
2. Endanger Welfare of Child F/D
Bond: $25,000 cash surety
 
Holly S. Foulk (39) Lamar, has been charged with:
1. Deliver of controlled Substance F/C
2. Endanger Welfare of Child F/D
Bond: $10,000 cash surety

David M. Elliot (37), Lamar has been charged with:
1. Possession of controlled substance F/D
2. Endanger Welfare of Child F/D
Bond: $10,000 cash surety
