According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Tristy J. Erway, 39, Stark City, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck trees and a fence.
Erway was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Cassville.
