Kristle N. Acker, 25, Kirbyville, driving while intoxicated, failed to drive on right half of roadway, no insurance, failed to display license plates

Elizabeth A Rost, 51, Springfield, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, speeding, driving while suspended, no insurance

Walter T. Withington, 20, Raytown, misdemeanor Kansas warrants for driving while intoxicated and speeding
