EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow. Widespread amounts are expected to range from a
  dusting to 3 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible over
  southwest Missouri west of Highway 65.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas. portions of central, east
  central, south central, southwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
