Roderique named Eugene Field Elementary principal

We are pleased to announce Mr. Scott Roderique as the new, 2025-26 Eugene Field Elementary Principal.
He is honored to serve in this role. With ten years of experience in education, he is passionate about fostering student growth, supporting teachers, and creating a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment. 

Deeply invested in the community, having grown up in Webb City and maintaining strong involvement in the schools and local initiatives, he believes that a thriving community begins with schools that tirelessly serve Every Cardinal, Every Day. 

As an educator, Mr. Roderique recognizes that the future success of the community is shaped within the walls of its schools, and the district plays a vital role in making a lasting impact every day.

As the incoming principal of Eugene Field Elementary, he is committed to building upon the school’s strong foundation. His goal is to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where all students can reach their fullest potential. Mr. Roderique is excited to collaborate with dedicated teachers, supportive families, and, most importantly, incredible students. He welcomes the opportunity to connect with others and showcase the great things happening at Eugene Field Elementary.
