The first five times you fail to show for hearings in Judge Richard Copeland's courtroom, you get a pass.
No one messes with Judge Copeland a sixth time.
Copeland issued a warrant for Joplin businesswoman Amy Lynn Jones and set bond at $3,000 when she failed to show for a hearing this morning.
The hearing was for a felony bad check charge. She also is facing two felony forgery charges.
Mrs. Jones was owner of Dream Makers, a wedding and event planning business.
