According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Ford Fusion driven by Tomas Hernandez, 27, Anderson, traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck the ground and a fence and became submerged in a pond.
Hernandez was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Bella Vista, Arkansas.
