Anderson man injured in collision on 59

An Anderson man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 9:18 a.m. today on Highway 59, south of I-49 in Goodman.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Ford Focus driven by Brady C. Shafer, 28, Anderson, crossed the center line and struck a 2017 Ford F-350 driven by John C. Nicholas, 50, Troy.

Shafer was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
