5/13/2020 Laurel A Thomas 33 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree.
5/14/2020 Yolanda D Smith 35 of Reeds, MO was arrested for Delivery of Controlled Substance and Possession of Controlled Substance.
5/14/2020 Jimmie D Sandusky 45 of Sarcoxie, MO was arrested for Violation of Protection Order.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
