According to the Highway Patrol report, Keaton M. Locke, 22, Joplin, was walking on the roadway and was struck by a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Roger L. Anderson, 32, Joplin.
Locke was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
