According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Dodge Avenger driven by Byron E. Rubio, 27, Neosho, ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree and a fence.
Rubio and a passenger, Lilia Z. Maldonado, 34, Neosho, were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
