Justine Louise Moran, 1997, Joplin, misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, operated vehicle owned by another knowing owner had not maintained financial responsibility

Austin Nicholas Loudermilk, 1982, Neosho, failed to maintain financial responsibility

Joshua A. McDaniel, 1987, Lafe, Arkansas, felony possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked/suspended
