Students attending are from the five sending schools: Diamond, East Newton, McDonald County, Neosho and Seneca, as well as private and home school students living in these districts.
This event, coined ‘Career Quest’ provides an opportunity for sophomores to get a more in-depth look at the enrollment opportunities they have at CTEC during upcoming high school years. Currently, CTEC has 400+ students enrolled in morning or afternoon programs.
During Career Quest, some of the current CTEC students will be attending a professional development seminar. Approximately 150 CTEC student will be invited to listen to a variety of guest speakers sharing their knowledge on topics including: professional dress, interviewing, and Why Choose Crowder. This panel of speakers will be providing information to both morning and afternoon CTEC students in Elsie Plaster Community Center on the Neosho campus.
