(From MoDOT)TRAFFIC ALERT: Route E CLOSED in Newton Co. for Pipe Replacement Oct. 19-21
Where: Newton County Route E between Newton County Route J and Old Ritchey Road north of Granby
When: 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Wednesday, October 19-21
What: MoDOT crews replacing damaged pipes underneath the road
Traffic Impacts
All lanes of Route E CLOSED where crews are working
All lanes of Route E OPEN during nighttime hours
Drivers will have access to driveways and entrances at either end of the work zones but will not be able to travel through the work zones
No signed detours
Drivers urged to find alternate routes
Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
