Arraignment scheduled for accused Planned Parenthood arsonist
The arraignment and initial hearing for Jedediah Stout, 29, Joplin, charged with two counts of arson in connection with fires at the Joplin Planned Parenthood office has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, in Springfield.
