According to the Highway Patrol report, Penny Campbell, 40, Joplin traveled off the the left side of the road and hit a tree. Ms. Campbell was not injured, A passenger, Larry Bradley, 67, Joplin, received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Freeman West.
