This FREE event will be held on Friday, November 15th and Saturday, November 16th, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Joplin Recycling Center, 1310 West A Street. Welded-wire compost bins and instructional brochures will be given away to Joplin residents, while supply lasts. Ozark Gateway Master Naturalists will be available to demonstrate composting techniques and answer composting and gardening questions.
The Chert Glades Master Naturalists will also be available to demonstrate how to make and install a dog waste digester.
