According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Sean F. Cartwright, 30, Noel, left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned, ejecting the driver.
Cartwright was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.

Noel man cited for DWI following injury accident on 59
