An Anderson man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 10:45 a.m. Monday on MO 76 500 feet west of Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche driven by a 75-year-old Anderson man traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.
The fatality was the eighth this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
