(From the City of Joplin)Starting the morning of Wednesday, October 8, Maiden Lane will close at B Street. This is scheduled as a one-day closure.
Drivers will need to use an alternative route during this time. This closure is at B Street; both A and C Streets will remain open.
Missouri American Water contractors are working on the water main in the area and need to work in the roadway. Work is expected to be done by the end of the day, allowing Maiden Lane to reopen in the evening.
The City appreciates your patience as this infrastructure improvement is completed.
