Three Galena, Kansas residents were injured in a two-vehicle collision 4:58 p.m. Tuesday on W. 20th Street two miles west of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Chevrolet 2500 driven by a 59-year-old Joplin man crossed the center line and struck a 2003 Ford Taurus driven by a 66-year-old Galena woman head on.
The woman and two passengers in her vehicle, a 37-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl, both of Galena, were treated for serious injuries at Mercy Joplin.
