A Carthage woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 9:38 p.m. Wednesday on Cimarron Road, four miles west of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Toyota Prius driven by Johnna S. Sweet, 49, Carthage, left the roadway and struck a concrete culvert.
Sweet was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
