A Lamar man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:20 a.m. today on Route 2, one mile west of Carl Junction.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Sterling L9500 concrete mixer truck driven by Daniel L. Riley 39, Lamar, partially ran off the roadway, overcorrected and overturned on the roadway, striking a mailbox.
Riley was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
