A Neosho man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 1:43 a.m. today on southbound I-49, three miles south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Dodge Neon, driven by Allenson Damian, 49, Joplin, at a slow rate of speed in the passing lane, swerved into the path of a 2012 Freightliner driven by Rocky L. Rife, 42, Wheatland.
A passenger in the Damian vehicle, Peter Samuel, 40, Neosho, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
