Snow cause of accident that injures Oronogo children

A snow-covered roadway was the cause of an accident that injured two Oronogo children 2:30 p.m. on I-49 one mile south of Neosho.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Norman Jantz, 67, Oronogo, driving a 2012 Dodge Caravan, lost control on the snow-covered roadway, slid off the road and overturned.

Two passengers in the Jantz vehicle, Anna Carr and Sierra Carr, minors (ages were not listed) were treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.

  1. driving to fast for conditions i was on this coming home from arkansas .dummys passing me going 80miles an hour let this be a lesson to you on snow covered highways you crawl like a turtle.god people are stupid
