Joplin man arrested on probable cause for car theft, meth charge added

Saturday morning at 6:37 a.m. a police officer went to an address in the 300 block of North Joplin to look for a wanted suspect. 

A detective had developed probable cause to arrest a male for a stolen car case he was working. The officer located the male at the residence and arrested him without incident. The male was also found to be in possession of a bag of meth in his pocket, and the additional felony charges were added.
