Granby Police Department responds to 178 calls, makes 14 arrests during February

For the month of February, the Granby PD fielded 178 calls for service.

Of those calls, we took 1 burglary report and 2 stealing reports. The remaining 175 calls were divided up between traffic stops, animal calls, disturbances, and various other law enforcement related calls. 

Out of the 178 calls, 28 new reports were filed, resulting in 14 arrests and/or criminal charges being filed. These numbers are typical for colder weather. 

With warmer weather moving in, we expect to see an increase of about 25-30%.
