A Carthage woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 7 a.m. today on MO 96, two miles east of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2021 Acura RDX driven by Sarah E. Goodson, 30, Carthage, crossed the center line and was struck by a 2005 Peterbilt semi tractor-trailer driven by Tracy D. Moss, 58, Anderson, then ran off the north side of the road and overturned.
Goodson was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
