One person was killed and two others injured in a one-vehicle accident 2 p.m. today on private property in Noel.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 15-year-old boy driving a 2015 John Deere Gator, attempted a sharp turn in a field and the vehicle overturned.
A passenger, another 15-year-old Noel boy, was pronounced dead at the scene by McDonald County Deputy Coroner Jonathan Fletcher at 3:20 p.m.
The driver and another passenger, a 16-year-old Anderson boy, were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman Neosho.
The fatality was the 98th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
