(From the City of Joplin)Joplin Avenue will be closed between 17th Street and 18th Street beginning at approximately 8:00 AM tomorrow, Tuesday October 20, 2020.
The road will be closed to allow a crane to remove a train car that is on a private property. Expected closure time is four hours with road to be opened by 1:00 PM Tuesday.
