According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Honda Civic driven by Danny L. Gonzales, 33, Carthage, ran off the roadway, struck a tree and overturned.
A passenger, Eliasar Vasquez, Carthage, was airlifted to Mercy Springfield with serious injuries.
Another passenger, Oscar Hernandez, 42, Carthage, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
