Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 8:35 p.m. Friday on U. S. 60 two miles east of Seneca.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Honda CRV driven by Edith M. Rooks, 81, Wyandotte, Oklahoma, failed to yield to a 2011 Hyundai Tucson driven by Sharon M. Irwin, 70, Neosho and the two vehicle collided nearly head on.
Irwin, Rooks, and a passenger in the Irwin vehicle, Cathy Bradshaw-Howe, 67, Springfield, were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
