An Anderson woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 6:51 p.m. Saturday on U. S. 60 in Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred when a 1998 Honda Shadow VT1100 driven by Michael A. Hernandez, 28, Neosho, attempted to pass a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Norman C. Corkle, 60, Carthage, while the Corkle vehicle was attempting to yield to emergency vehicles.
A passenger on the Hernandez vehicle, Elena C. Flanary, 23, Anderson, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
