Joplin Parks and Recreation is hosting a seasonally-themed movie night at McClelland Park on Friday, October 16th.
The Movie at McClelland event will feature bonfires, yard games, and a showing of the 2019 hit “The Addams Family” on the Department’s giant inflatable screen. This event is being held in lieu of the Department’s annual Old Fashioned Hayride.
There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Those interested may register by calling the Joplin Parks and Recreation office at 417-625-4750. Space is limited.
Registered groups may bring blankets and chairs to sit in designated spaces that are appropriately distanced apart. Check-in will begin at 6:30 p.m. The movie, sponsored by Missouri Care, will start at dusk.
