Seven people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 6:50 a.m. Sunday, on MO 86, three miles west of Fairview.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Nissan Frontier driven by Tucker D. Engleman, 17, Stella, crossed the center line and struck a 2011 Toyota Sienna driven by Herminia L. Cabrera, 47, Green Forest, Arkansas, nearly head on.
A passenger in the Cabrera vehicle, Antonio Flores-Sanchez, 48, Green Forest, was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
Engleman and a passenger his vehicle, a 15-year-old Fairview boy, were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman.
Another passenger in the Engleman vehicle, a 15-year-old Ritchey boy, and two passengers in the Cabrera vehicle, Roberto Lopez, 41, Green Forest, and Cirilo Sandoval, 59, Berryville, Arkansas, were treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
Cabrera was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy.
