  1. You’re not supposed to put the name of the BNSF employee involved. This needs to be changed please.

    1. The names of all drivers are always included in the accident reports, unless they are under age 18.

    2. Incorrect.

Kimmswick , MO January 2022. Union Pacific involved in train truck collision. Zero mention of employee name.

Randolph county January 2022. Norfolk Southern Train collision killing two. Zero mention of employee name.

Asbury Mo train hits a stalled vehicle. No mention of employee name.

    3. As I said before, the report always includes the name of the drivers. A link to the report is shown here, as well as a link to a KOAM report on the Asbury collision, which includes the name. My policy is to include all names. Others don't.

  2. Randy your just a piece of shit! You might as well be in with the main stream media! I’m sure you would feel different if you were the one that was in this situation. That’s just common courtesy that you don’t name names in these situations so it sounds like you have alot of things to learn about human compassion ! But oh wait you’re right there with the main stream media so you have no hope you jackass.

    1. So the accident was obviously not the engineers fault. Why all the vitriol about publishing his name? I see the drivers names of fatality auto accidents published all of the time. What makes train engineers special? Because he was working? What about truckers? Don't pay any attention to these whiners Randy.
