A Lockwood teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 9 p.m. Friday on U. S. 160 in Lockwood.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 16-year-old Lockwood boy struck two horses that were being ridden in the roadway.
A 16-year-old girl, described as a pedestrian in the report was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Joplin.
