According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Nissan Frontier driven by Jake D. Cline, 41, Powell, was traveling backward at a high rate of speed and struck a ditch.
Powell was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas.
