An Anderson man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 9:09 a.m. today on MO 59, a half mile north of Goodman.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Buick Enclave driven by Chelsea Hernandez, 28, Goodman, struck a 1971 Ford F100 driven by William E. McElley, 79, Anderson, in the rear, causing the McElley vehicle to travel off the roadway and overturn.
McElley was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
