First and Second Reading of Council Bill No.1937  AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAMAR, MISSOURI TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO AID FOR THE PLANNING, ENGINEERING, DESIGN, BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A T-HANGER PROJECT.

 

b. First and Second Reading of Council Bill No. 1938 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE NEW SCHEDULE OF RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR ELECTRICITY, AND WATER/SEWER CLASSIFYING THE TYPES OF USERS THEREOF, THE CONDITIONS THEREFORE, AND THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

 

c.First and Second Reading of Council Bill No. 1939 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE DEFINITION OF RESIDENTIAL WATER SERVICE AND COMMERCIAL WATER SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY THE CITY OF LAMAR.

 

d. Res No. 495  A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAMAR, MISSOURI AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION WITH THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, CLEAN STATE REVOLVING FUND PROGRAM FOR AN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT PLAN GRANT UNDER THE MISSOURI CLEAN WATER LAW (CHAPTER 644, RSMO.).
