Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 5:33 p.m. Wednesday on Route M five miles south of Everton.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2019 Hino box truck driven by Craig G. Newsom, 47, Neosho, traveled off the right side of the roadway and traveled off the left side where it overturned.
Newsom was treated for moderate injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
A passenger, Ty Juan J. Manuel, 29, Joplin, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
